	Ameri * Pro was established in the Phoenix metro area in 1994. Our founders represent over 30 years in the painting industry, successfully completing Commercial, Multi-housing and Residential projects totaling over $5,000,000. The President of Ameri * Pro (Ms. Aubrai Lucero) is third generation in the painting and decorating industry. The depth of Ameri * Pro's leadership, experience and commitment to customer service has established Ameri * Pro as one of the most sought after repaint contractors in the Phoenix valley. Is Ameri * Pro licensed, bonded and insured? Ameri * Pro holds both a Commercial and a Residential Arizona General Contractors License (# 112472 and #112473) and is bonded in accordance with Arizona contractor requirements. Additionally, Ameri * Pro maintains general business insurance, including General Liability and Workers' Compensation policies. Who will do the work on my project? Your project will be efficiently accomplished by experienced workmen who work in teams of 2 to 6 men and have an average experience of 10 plus years. All Ameri * Pro employees receive continuing education/training in the areas of preparation, application, safety, social manners and, most importantly, Customer Satisfaction. Additionally, Ameri * Pro employees submit themselves to regular drug testing as a part of a company-wide "We Say No To Drugs" program.

	All items and or surfaces that are not to be painted are covered with clean drop cloths and/or plastic covers, moved from the area (and later replaced), or otherwise protected as a normal part of our preparation process. What about cleanup?? Ameri * Pro daily removes all trash and, if necessary, equipment from the job site. We always strive to practice good housekeeping habits and best of all, "We Do Clean Up After Ourselves". What kind of materials will be used on my project? Ameri * Pro regularly uses materials from Benjamin Moore, Dunn Edwards and Sherwin Williams. Which company we use on your project is determined by (A) Customer preference, (B) Location of project, (C) Nature of work to be accomplished and (D) Length of warrantee. What about the environment? Ameri * Pro strictly complies with all local, state and federal rules and regulations regarding our practices and the environment. We believe that this a great world we live in! We work hard to keep it that way. How will the paint on my project be applied? Ameri * Pro uses brushes, rollers and spray equipment. The specific method of application is determined on a job-by-job basis by (A) customer preference, (B) required efficiency, (C) nature of the project and (D) location of the project.

	Ameri * Pro warrants their work for periods ranging from one to ten years against peeling, cracking, blistering, excessive fading, and excessive wear.
